The KARPER name is synonomous with triangle cheese regardless of brand names. In its new facility KARPER produces Butter, Jam, Honey as part of its product portfolio as well as Cream Cheese. These are segmented as 4 main groups differing in size and packaging.

The company which is the first and main producer of processed triangle cheese offers a wide range of choice as Plain, Tomatoe, Red Pepper, Pistachio Nut and Walnut. Furthermore, it now has added the Plain and Light Cream Cheese variants in a jar shape packaging.

The company also markets Butter, Jam, Honey and Cream Cheese in PVC cups to Airlines, Hotels and Catering firms, along with its triangle Processed Cheese products.

KARPER, is the first company to produce Sliced Square Cheese as Plain, Cheddar, Light, Pepper and Tomatoe in an hygienic environment, packed without being touched and packed indivdually within its outer packaging. This individual packaging both protects the cheese and also prevents it from drying or, breaking into pieces once the outer packaging has been opened.

KARS KARPER who is the first to use UHT technology in Turkey, has won 3 Gold, 1 Silver and 1 Outstanding Quality Award in international quality competitions.Thus it has proved that it is offering a product in line with World standards.

Moreover, KARPER has obtained TSE and ISO 9001 : 2000 approval, HACCP documentations and TSE success award.
