Employee Selection

Need for new personnel is advertised and once the candidate has been given an interview the applicant is considered based on:

  1. Written examination
  2. Oral examination
  3. The fax, e-mail or, direct inquiries made by the applicant are filed systematically. When there is an opening these are carefully considered. Based on the applicants performance the suitable candidate is chosen.

When the occasion rises, sometimes current employees' recommendations are also taken into consideration.


Evaluation of Human Resources and Acceptance of Candidate

For upper management, candidates who have specialized higher education in the area they are seeking to work are preferred.

In the production units, for the hiring of a foreman/expert, those that have graduated from Technical Schools and who have at least three years of relevant work experience are preferred. As for personnel who will work in the production process the minimum requirement is primary school completion and one who has previous experience working in the food industry.
